    Liezl has done work in the fields of public transport operations, infrastructure and planning, non-motorised transport planning and infrastructure, transport impact assessments, transport planning, infrastructure design and feasibility studies for filling stations. She has a special interest in the compilation of transport plans and traffic management plans.

  • PIETER ENGELBRECHT

    Pieter’s services are highly acclaimed in the fields of low cost housing, where he acts as design engineer and project manager. He has proven experience in stormwater master planning and the design of civil engineering services – including roads, stormwater, sewer and water networks for all types of developments. A recent, interesting addition to his curriculum vitae is the design of the platforms, outflow works and pump stations for abalone farms.

  • CORNELIS NELSON

    Cornelis Nelson is a qualified engineering technician, with 7 years’ experience in the design of civil engineering services.  Cornelis is a respected resident engineer and has worked on numerous large housing projects, as well as water and sewer reticulation and roads projects.  He is also responsible for drawing up tender documents, cost estimation, contract administration and project management.

  • RIAAN BESTER

    Riaan Bester obtained his N5 Draughting Diploma in 1995 and started working at consulting engineers the following year. Riaan joined ICE Boland (now Deca) in 2000 at their Ceres office. He moved to Hermanus in 2007 when ICE Boland opened a new office there. Riaan is responsible for most of the drawing and finishing work generated by the Hermanus office. Through in-house training, Riaan learnt to design civil engineering services and streets using Model Maker.

  • DOUW LOUWRENS

    Douw Louwrens obtained his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2011. He started working at ICE Boland in January 2012, where he is employed as a civil and transport engineer. Douw has done work in the fields of transport planning, design of cycle lanes, design of accesses and intersections, transport impact assessments and the design and construction supervision of traffic signals.

  • ALTA KEULER

    Alta Keuler started her career as a typist at Sanlam in 1974. She qualified herself as a financial clerk through Sanlamís in-house training and started her career in finance in 1975. After moving to Ceres in 1978, Alta started working at Dutoit Fruit as receptionist, wage clerk and doing market reports. She was later transferred to the Dutoit Group head office where she was responsible for the farmsí wages until 1995.
